A common problem in large corporate shippers is the tracking of inbound courier shipments. An incoming shipment needs to be managed and tracked through to delivery in the same way as an export; the journey might be shorter and within one building but a lot can go wrong.

Internal Messenger captures the inbound shipment within Intelligent Shipper, allocating a messenger for delivery.  It can also print a delivery run sheet or update a choice of hand held units which the messenger will carry when delivering. Scanning is possible en route, enabling the date, time and name to be recorded or even an actual signature capture on the hand held device itself. This information is captured by Intelligent Shipper and instantly available to the mailroom employees.

Used in conjunction with Desk Top Shipper (DTS), the consignee can now track inbound deliveries.
