Who are Intersoft?  What do you do?
Intersoft was established in 1993 and we specialise in providing courier management software systems.  The company was founded by James Macrae, someone with many years of courier and shipping experience and a real passion for the industry.  Today we have over 200 loyal customers worldwide, using a range of standard and bespoke systems developed using our experience and expertise in courier.

 

I’m not a courier, but I do send a lot of shipments.  Can you help me?
Yes indeed.  Most companies will need to move their products around – these could be documents, goods, spare parts and other items that need to be shipped from one location to another, sometimes nationally, sometimes internationally.  Our systems can help both couriers and the ‘corporate shipper’ manage these shipments more effectively and efficiently.  If you send shipments, you should be using Intersoft systems.

 

I’m just starting out as a courier and I don’t have a huge budget for software.  Is there anything Intersoft can do for me?
Yes. We have always believed that, with the right system solution, even the smallest company can compete with the larger, more well-established businesses.  For example, our new ‘Virtual Courier’ product has been designed with the smaller courier in mind.  This is a highly effective, web-based system that is cheap to run but can make a huge difference to the quality of service you offer your customers.

 

I already run a successful courier company.  Why should I consider Intersoft products?

I use multiple courier and shipping outlets, including wholesalers.  Can your systems cope with this?
Our products are designed to interface seamlessly with many other couriers and Integrators, such as FedEx, Parcel Force, City Link and so on, as well as wholesalers such as Kangaroo, One World, Impex etc.  This makes it much easier to manage your shipments, as data can be entered just once and other information such as tracking and POD retrieval is far easier to obtain.  This is one of the key strengths of Intersoft products and one of the many reasons our customers have chosen our products over those of our competitors.
