Account managers regularly visit customers; technical support staff visit customers. We invite all our customers to the User Forums which are held at the Air Courier Executive offices at Heathrow. The recent release of the improved upgraded tracking messages which is now being installed with customers was a direct result of discussion and feed back at User Forums.
