Intersoft systems manage UK and International courier shipments. Our core systems Relayer (courier companies) and Intelligent Shipper (corporate shippers) manage both services as standard.

Most courier companies and corporate shippers use a one of the large UK Overnight courier companies such as CityLink, Business Post, Parcelforce etc. Intersoft has developed automated interfaces with most of these carries. We are also able to retrieve proof of delivery information using Smarty.
We have also developed UK3000 a dedicated UK overnight hub and spoke system. The Hub centralises all administration and commercial functions (customer files, pricing, invoicing, service and management reporting etc) as well as managing the operations and handling of shipments transiting the Hub.

Depots (franchise and independent) collect and deliver shipments on behalf of the Hub. A sophisticated customer booking system allows the customer to enter shipments and track.
