The importance of training cannot be over stated.
The decision has been taken to invest in one of our products, the installation is complete; now for the real challenge. As part of our quote for a new system there is always included a stated time for training. An experienced member of our staff, familiar with your industry and an expert in the use of our systems will usually come on site to train your staff..
This onsite training is usually for a period of 2 days, during which we will go through all aspects of the system and advise on best usage and best practices. We also make sure we are available at critical times e.g., when you first go live, at the first invoice run. Helping customers have confidence in our systems is very much part of good training.
The onsite advice and training is supported by useful user manuals, and user guides. Once the formal training has been completed we continue to offer training over the telephone. There is a definite correlation between a happy customer and a well-trained customer.
